The journey starts with a pickup from your Sarajevo accommodation, where you’ll meet your local guide and driver. As we leave the capital behind, the road leads us through dramatic river canyons, mountain landscapes, and rural areas that mark the transition into Herzegovina. Throughout the drive, you’ll gain insight into the region’s past, culture, and everyday life from a local perspective.

Our first break is in Konjic, a small town known for its iconic Ottoman Bridge and stunning Neretva River views, it’s a great place for a short walk and photo stop. Continuing south, we pass through the Jablanica region, where the landscape opens up to views of Jablanicko Lake. Along the way, you’ll hear about the area’s history and why the Neretva River has always played a key role here.

Next, we arrive in Blagaj, home to one of the most impressive natural springs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Buna River emerges directly from beneath steep cliffs, creating a powerful and peaceful setting at the same time. Here, we visit the historic Blagaj Tekke, a centuries-old Sufi monastery built beside the spring. You’ll learn about its spiritual importance while enjoying the calm surroundings.

Our journey continues to Počitelj, a medieval town with ancient walls and Ottoman architecture, offering amazing panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

We then head to the Kravica Waterfalls, one of the region’s most beautiful natural sites. Water flows into a wide pool surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect spot to relax. Depending on the season, you’ll have time for photos, a walk around the falls, or a refreshing swim.

In the afternoon, we reach Mostar. A guided walk through the Old Town reveals the story behind the famous Old Bridge, its cultural significance, and the events that shaped the city. You’ll then have free time to explore, shop, or enjoy a meal in one of the riverside restaurants.

In the late afternoon or early evening, we begin our return journey to Sarajevo. Sit back, enjoy the views, or simply rest after a full day of discovery.
