True Local acts solely as an intermediary platform that connects users with independent local experience providers (“guides”). True Local does not organize, operate, manage, or provide the experiences listed on the platform.
All details related to an experience — including but not limited to availability, exact schedule, meeting point, pricing, payment method, cancellation terms, and any special requirements — are agreed directly between the user and the experience guide.
True Local is not responsible for the execution, quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or cancellation of any experience. The experience guide is solely and fully responsible for delivering the service as agreed with the user.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments for experiences are made directly to the experience guide. True Local does not act as a payment processor, merchant of record, or contractual party in relation to such transactions.
By completing a reservation request, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and acknowledge that any contractual relationship regarding the experience exists exclusively between you and the experience guide.
6. Responsible Use
